It's hops growing time, or at least time to start prepping. I dug through some old emails to put together my list of things that need to be done before they start sprouting. I have Nugget and Tettnanger hops, just beginning the second season. So, if I want a good year, I need to pay attention.

Snowed In at Dublin International
 Aerlingus was a mess! Their systems had broken down, their website was not setup to rebook connecting flights, and their employees had begun to avoid engaging with clients probably because there was no plan. Sure, largest snow storms and more days than normal; but telling people who just had a connecting flight canceled to rebook online without testing it? Even worse, the WIFI at the airport was so overloaded users could not get internet access even if they could get on.
